We are changing our scope of service soon. At the end of December 2023 we will no longer be available for routine in-home medical care and vaccines. Instead we will be concentrating on in-home end of life care (euthanasia and aftercare services).

Dr. Maggie Himann, DVM
Dr. Maggie has been in Peterborough and the surrounding area for well over 15 years. Your pets may have been seen by her while she provided relief services at many local clinics throughout that time. Now focusing on mobile practice, Dr. Maggie travels throughout Peterborough County, often more than 200km in one day.
Through many trips to Central America to provide volunteer medical care for severely underserviced areas Dr. Maggie started looking for opportunities in Canada to volunteer. She became one of the two founding members of Peterborough Veterinary Outreach. Partnering with Jan van der Eyk they currently offer accessible wellness care to residents of the City of Peterborough through their partnership with One City Peterborough and at The Mount Community.
